Order Processing Time
Every order is processed within 1-3 business days before it leaves our warehouse. This processing window covers quality checks and packing, and does not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Here's a breakdown of where we deliver and what to expect:
Contiguous United States (the 48 continental states): estimated shipping time of 5-10 business days, with a flat shipping fee as outlined below.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. minor outlying islands, military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses), and other U.S. territories: we are not currently able to ship to these locations. We're working on expanding our shipping coverage and will update this policy as new regions become available.
Free shipping is available exclusively for orders shipped within the contiguous United States. It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, minor outlying islands, military bases, or other U.S. territories, as we currently do not offer service to these areas.
Estimated Delivery Time
Total delivery time is made up of two parts: order processing and shipping transit.
Processing time: 1-3 business days
Shipping transit time (within the contiguous U.S.): 5-10 business days
Estimated total delivery time: approximately 6-13 business days from the date your order is placed. Please note that during holidays, severe weather, or flight delays, delivery may take longer than estimated. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
Shipping Rates
For orders totaling $0.01 to $29.99, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies. For orders of $30 or more, shipping is free. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can check your delivery status anytime at https://www.17track.net/en.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 4 PM ET are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM ET are processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Origin
All orders ship directly from our U.S.-based warehouse, which helps us keep delivery times within the estimates above.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout before completing your order. We are not able to redirect packages once they have shipped, and incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or non-delivery.
