Our Story

Bathveil is a shower curtain brand created by Fenghua Yuelin Tianyuan Plastic Products Factory, a manufacturer based in Fenghua District, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China. The factory was founded in 2006 by a small team with a background in plastic and textile manufacturing, and over the years it has grown into a full production operation that designs, manufactures, and ships bathroom textile products directly to customers.

Why We Started Bathveil

After years of manufacturing shower curtains and related bathroom accessories for other brands and retailers, our team saw an opportunity to build something of our own — a brand that could speak directly to the people actually using our products, rather than only supplying materials behind the scenes. Bathveil was created so we could take what we've learned from nearly two decades in production and apply it directly to products we design, stand behind, and sell ourselves, without go-betweens.

What We Make

Bathveil produces shower curtains and shower curtain liners in a range of materials, including PEVA, EVA, polyester, and faux linen blends, along with related accessories such as curtain rods, curtain hooks, and tablecloths. Making multiple product categories in-house lets us keep a closer eye on consistency across our full catalog, from fabric curtains to plastic liners.

Our Facility

Our factory occupies more than 4,500 square meters and includes a dedicated 1,000+ square meter warehouse for finished goods and materials. Production is carried out across 4 production lines using more than 30 pieces of equipment, including automatic cutting machines, ultrasonic grommet machines, precision punching equipment, and high-speed sewing machines. Having this equipment on-site allows us to manage each stage of production — cutting, sealing, stitching, and finishing — under one roof.

Our Approach to Quality

Every shower curtain goes through multiple inspection points as it moves from raw material to finished product, including checks at the cutting, sewing, and finishing stages. Our goal is consistency: catching issues early in the process rather than after a product has already been packaged and shipped.
